Dan at The Sprinkler Guy is the real deal! He’d showed up exactly on time, which now a days is rare. He promptly assessed the problem, replaced the broken parts and even showed me a few hacks (free of charge) with my timer. This is a company I plan to do business with often in the future. I am so glad I ran across The Sprinkler Guy on the web!

Dan and his company were great to work with. The online appointment booking worked great and the company was very flexible in scheduling my sprinkler blowout. Dan arrived within the allotted time window and even sent a text 30 minutes before arrival stating he was on his way. I will definitely use Dan again for all of my sprinkler needs!

What a great company!!! Not too surprising, though, now that I’ve gotten to know Dan over the last few years. They follow thru on what they say they’re going to do, they are straightforward and honest, and Dan nor his team will not try to oversell you on unneeded products or services. We have used Dan exclusively for over 20 years to handle our annual blowouts, spring start up as well as any repairs that need to be done. We have used Dan for not only our home but as well as a rental property that we own. Dan is responsive, fast, knowledgeable, professional, and well equipped! It’s fun to watch Dan work because he is on a mission and when one watches him work you have every confidence that anything wrong will be taken care of.
Scheduling was easy. Dan showed up inside the given time window and he called on the way to tell me he would be there soon. Work was thorough as done correctly and he also checked the entire system, replaced what needed to be replaced and reset the timer for the sprinkler. Cost was very reasonable. Dan was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Customer service was outstanding. I would absolutely recommend TSG and without a doubt use them again!!!
Dan is awesome! We moved into our new house in January and once the snow melted we had no idea how the sprinkler system worked. He was helpful in showing us how to work the timer, what settings are best. He also moved several of the sprinkler heads so we weren’t watering the sidewalk anymore and our brown, dry patch of grass was finally getting some water. He is prompt, professional and friendly. I highly recommend him to anyone needing work to be done on their sprinkler system. He really is THE sprinkler guy!
Booking an appointment was easy using the website. I received a call and an email setting an appointment date and time. Dan called me before he showed up for the service needed for my sprinkler system. Dan is always friendly and helpful. He quickly diagnosed what the problem was (explaining in detail to me what it was, what needed to be done to correct the problem) My work was done in about an hour, which was reasonable considering what needed to be done. Pricing was fair and Dan sent an email receipt to me, which showed what was done and pricing. Could not be happier with Dan. I will always use The Sprinkler Guy if I have any problems with my system.
Dan The Sprinkler Guy is wonderful to work with, scheduling is with them is a breeze. Dan was incontact with me before he arrived at my house to let me know his ETA. I tried to do a DIY on my system and didn’t do it 100%. Dan took the time to tell me what I did wrong and fixed it for me. He also double checked all of my sprinkler heads. I have tried to use another sprinkler repair company and unfortunately it was a total failure. I will continue to use The Sprinkler Guy for all my sprinkler needs from now on. Thank you for your professionalism.
I have used only Dan for 25 years. Scheduling is easy. He’s on time, as always. Does great work and completes tasks correctly the first time.

Scheduling wasn’t bad at all – even when asking for a spring startup when I wasn’t yet a customer. I’ve had him out several times and everything has been great. I’ve already recommended TSG to several co-workers.
Big fan of The Sprinkler Guy (Dan) for helping us turn around our yard. Dan was great in both diagnosing what the problems were with several sprinklers and then digging (literally) into the solution. Overall super satisfied with the work and value… it took a lot of stress off of us and we’re enjoying seeing the results in greener grass and a better garden.
Dan is great!! We bought our house a little over a year ago but due to some other projects hadn’t gotten around to sorting out the sprinkler system. It was a mess and Dan was so patient and efficient and figured out all the weird stuff going on and made multiple trips out here and now everything is running beautifully. Thanks, Dan!!!
I had a new sprinkler system installed with new sod last summer. My grass started to die even though we watered as the landscaper instructed. I heard about Dan through a colleague. Dan came and looked at our system. He was super knowledgeable and explained everything that was wrong with the system that was installed last summer. The landscaper used cheap parts and overwhelmed the system. He also said that the front (not new) needed adjusting as well. He replaced the backyard heads to new water saving heads, adjusted the front heads and even fixed a broken pipe I did not know about for no extra fee. Dan showed up on time and worked very efficiently and thoroughly. We were very impressed! The heads he recommended were not the cheapest. But,they water great and with much less water. We are saving HUGE on my water bill and my grass is coming back! Thanks Dan! We would use you again anytime!
Dan worked on my newly landscaped yard, installing all new rotary nozzles and straightening all of the heads. My formerly brown grass is now lush and green. He also properly set my timer. Excellent service and pride in his work!
